Our recruitment process is designed to ensure we hire the right people to join our company, and typically follows these stages:
- 1 Introduction Interview: We will introduce KYC consulting in details, and answer any question you might have; you will introduce yourself and explain your motivations to join us. The interview is generally conducted by our HR Manager or Business Developer.
- 2Manager Interview: You will meet one of our managers who will talk you through your skills and your potential role and responsibilities at KYC consulting.
- 3Director Interview: You will meet one of our directors or founders who will finalise the discussions and validate your application.
The recruitment process usually lasts three weeks and helps us understand your motivations and career aspirations, know more about your experiences, and make sure you are a perfect match with our company culture and values. We will also regularly keep you updated with regards to where we are with your application;
